Recipe of the Week: Popcorn Cauliflower

Sunday is here, and it's time for our ROTW - Popcorn Cauliflower. 

Cauliflower is packed full of antioxidants, vitamin C & B, and fiber. It's well known for its anti-inflammatory effects that boost immune health and reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. Eating cauliflower can also enhance weight loss and digestion and it also contains choline which helps learning and memory.
