Recipe of the Week: Mozzarella Salad

ROTW is back! Eating good has never felt so good. This one is a classic and it's an easy recipe - takes less than 5 min!

Tomatoes are loaded with a substance called lycopene. It gives them their bright red color and can help protect your cells from damage. Tomatoes also have potassium, vitamins B and E, and other nutrients.

Featuring pink Himalayan salt of course because the extra minerals are great internally and externally.
